Hubert C. McIntosh — CPA
Hubert earned a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Bachelor Degree in Finance from the University of Florida (UF), in 1994 and passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination in 1998.
Hubert has managed the Accounting and Finance Departments of many Companies and brings to the firm special tax expertise and experience gained for over 36 years from working with individuals and corporations. He is an Intuit Certified ProAdvisor and Certified Tax Master (CTM).
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant (AICPA), Cambridge Who's who in Accounting and Taxes, Boynton Beach Community Development Corporation (BBCDC)–Board Member, Caribbean-American for Community Involvement (CAFCI), Trinity Church International (TCI).
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing dominoes, networking and spending time doing various church related projects.
Jacqueline Gibbons–McIntosh — MBA, CPA,CGMA
Jacqueline spent over 20 years with International firms, Price Waterhouse Coopers, BDO Seidman and Ernst and Young. During her tenure at all three firms she headed various types of Accounting & Consulting assignments in both private and public companies. She also serves as Interim Controller at various Government Agencies.
She earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Nova University in Ft Lauderdale (Nova), in 1997 and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2002. Jacqueline is active in a number of professional organizations including the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountant (FICPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Jacqueline enjoys traveling to unusual places and getting to know people. She is also very involved in various activities at her Church – Trinity Church International (TCI).
Matthew Pearson - Partners
Matthew Pearson has always been a creative and driven visionary. For years, he served as an Executive Director in the Christian camp and recreation industry, a role he cherished. However, he felt a deeper calling to bring value to the marketplace by building ethical and transformational relationships with business owners. This conviction inspired Pearson to leave his position and establish a business coaching firm.
Pearson’s coaching firm quickly gained recognition as one of the nation’s premier entrepreneurial resources. Working with over 40 business owners weekly, Pearson helped transform businesses by offering strategic insights and practical solutions that enabled them to thrive in competitive markets.
During this time, Pearson worked closely with his CPA, a trusted advisor and longtime friend to make sure Pearson was above reproach when it came to reporting. A pivotal moment came when Pearson sought guidance on whether his new car, primarily used for business purposes, should be owned by the business or personally. While his CPA provided general advice on mileage and expenses, he admitted that more nuanced tax strategies were beyond his expertise, suggesting Pearson consult a tax attorney. This transparency impressed Pearson and led him to explore deeper, proactive tax strategies.
Wendy Pearson - Partners
Wendy Pearson is a successful business owner, investor, and former Registered Nurse who brings a uniquely life-giving perspective to every conversation. Her background in medicine shapes her approach to business—with compassion, clarity, and a relentless focus on practical effectiveness.
Wendy owns and operates multiple businesses, including a growing real estate portfolio that she manages alongside her youngest son, Geoffrey. She is the proud mother of two sons, Gregory and Geoffrey, both of whom have been influenced by her unwavering commitment to integrity, family, and faith.
Wendy is known for her servant leadership—quietly lifting those around her while driving meaningful results. Her ability to blend strategic thinking with heartfelt intuition makes her a powerful presence in both boardrooms and relationships.
When she’s not in the office, Wendy enjoys spending time outdoors with her grandchildren and making memories that matter. Her life is a testimony to the impact of grace-filled leadership and a heart to serve.
Brian Fannin - COO
Brian Fannin currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Excel Empire and RE-MMAP. Brian has more than twenty years experience in senior leadership roles, spearheading sales, marketing, and organizational leadership initiatives that resulted in substantial success stories in the entities he has been blessed to serve.
Brian seeks to exemplify a servant-leader mentality, investing in building teams and processes for increased success and sustainability. He and his wife, Amy, have three adult children and five grandchildren.
Hubert and Jacqueline have also gained specialized knowledge in Real Estate from certifications, continuing Education and their investments in Real Estate. The combined Real Estate, Accounting and Tax knowledge has also provided an additional niche for our company in the form of "Entity Structuring".
